Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Host in Melbourne to deliver exceptional service to owners and guests during check-in and throughout their stay.

You will build rapport, communicate clearly, and support seamless transitions with resort operations. A customer-first mindset and neat appearance are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service and local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• Strong computer literacy; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with resort operations to support check-in flows.
• Clearly articulate benefits of travelling within the Wyndham Destinations community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
