Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. on Phillip Island invites a Guest Experience Host to join our hospitality team.

You will greet guests, share local attractions, and guide them through the resort experience, while accurately handling paperwork and using multiple communication tools. You’ll generate leads, book tours for our sales centers (on-site and livestream), and collaborate with resort operations to ensure seamless check-in and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and set appointments.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register club owners and guests.
• Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.
• Complete department-related paperwork accurately.
• Use phones, fax, and computer for communications.
• Assist in tour generation to meet qualification specs.
• Meet guests and generate sales appointments for on-site and livestream tours.
• Build rapport to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate with resort operations for smooth check-in and service.
