Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to support daily Front Office and Food & Beverage operations in our Sydney team. You will greet owners and guests, check in/out, answer inquiries, handle luggage, and contribute to a warm, welcoming experience.

The role requires experience in hospitality, a valid RSA and Food Safety certificates, and the ability to work a flexible roster across a 7-day schedule. Join a values-driven employer and help create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Current Food Safety Certificate.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays.
• Current driver’s licence (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Perform Front Office & Food & Beverage duties including greeting owners and guests, check-in/check-out, and handling inquiries.
• Provide Food & Beverage service and maintain high service standards.
• Handle portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures.
• Assist with tour & travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
• Utilise basic administration tools (email, Word, Excel) to document and communicate.

Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving Food & BeveragesPerform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, Check in and out, Answer telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit proceduresPossess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment eg.
