Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host & Sales Lead Generator (Face-to-Face) in Torquay, Victoria.

This part-time role supports tour generation, books appointments, and provides welcoming, informed service to owners and guests during check-in and onsite interactions. You will collaborate with reception teams, clearly articulate travel benefits, meet KPIs, and adapt to a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with guests and owners.
• Flexible, rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tour generation to meet qualification specs.
• Generate sales appointments for resort sales centers.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure smooth guest check-in and transitions.
• Articulate travel benefits and value of booking with the company.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Assist guests with pre-call, greeting and information requests.
