Job summary

The GPT Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to be the first face people see in our Sydney office, delivering a warm, professional and meticulous guest experience. You’ll help ensure smooth flow of people, manage reception, events and inquiries, and support a welcoming, inclusive workplace that reflects our brand and culture.

You will collaborate with Facilities and Workplace teams, coordinate room setups, and contribute to engaging experiences for visitors, investors and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or front-of-house/customer-focused role in a professional environment.
• Proactive, approachable and able to deliver high standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, investors, board members and employees with warmth and professional service; ensure smooth reception and check-in.
• Coordinate meeting room setups, refreshments and room resets with Facilities and Workplace teams.
• Support daily workplace operations via visitor management, general admin, events and handling inquiries.
• Assist with company events, investor visits, onboarding of new starters to reflect GPT's values and culture.
• Deliver barista coffee service and refreshments when required to enhance the workplace experience.
