Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Queensland is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our centre. You will be the face of the centre, providing accurate information and guiding shoppers and retailers through multiple channels.

You should have retail or customer service experience, strong communication and presentation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the centre and deliver an exceptional guest experience with professional presentation.
• Liaise between centre management, customers, and retailers as the voice of the customer.
• Provide accurate information across channels to ensure a seamless shopper experience.
• Assist with sale/rental of value-added services including Gift Cards and mobility gear.
• Support management across administration, operations, marketing and promotions via multiple channels.
