Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to deliver Kids Club activities and family entertainment, creating memorable holiday moments for guests.

You’ll host games, crafts, outdoor activities and events while ensuring safety and excellent service. Availability on weekends/public holidays is required, with a friendly, energetic approach and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, recreation, hospitality or tourism is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise Kids Club activities and games.
• Create fun, age-appropriate experiences for children and families.
• Host events, arts and crafts, and family entertainment.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of participating children.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
• Assist with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiatives.
• Support the wider resort team as needed.

Job Description

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families? Do you enjoy bringing energy, creativity and fun to every day? NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to join our team and help deliver engaging activities through our Kids Club and family entertainment program.

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. From facilitating Kids Club activities and games to supporting resort events and family entertainment, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate Kids Club activities
• Creating positive and memorable experiences for children and families
• Hosting games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and special events
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participating children
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests
• Assisting with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiatives
• Supporting the wider resort team when required

About You

• A friendly, energetic and outgoing personality
• Experience working with children, recreation programs, hospitality or tourism is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently with children, families and guests from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
• Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
