Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an energetic, friendly activities host to engage families and guests across park programs. You’ll run kids’ activities, host poolside events, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll need to be creative, adaptable and comfortable speaking to groups. The role may include weekends, evenings and school holidays, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within the NRMA group.

What You'll Do
  • Running kids’ and family activities (craft, games, movie nights, mini comps etc.)
  • Hosting poolside fun, outdoor games and school holiday programs
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive vibe where everyone feels comfortable joining in
  • Setting up and packing down activities, keeping areas safe and tidy
  • Chatting with guests and promoting “what’s on” around the park
What You'll Bring
  • Have loads of energy and a naturally friendly, outgoing personality
  • Enjoy working with kids, families and people from all walks of life
  • Are creative, adaptable and not afraid to jump in and give things a go
  • Are reliable and happy to work a roster that can include weekends, evenings and school holidays
  • Are comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities

Previous experience in activities, sport, childcare, youth work, hospitality or tourism is a bonus, but not essential – the right attitude is what matters most.
