Job summary

The NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is seeking energetic, guest-focused team members for our Guest Experience team. Join us to deliver activities, supervise guest areas and craft memorable holiday moments for families. Casual opportunities are available with flexible shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm.

• Must be 16+ and hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Deliver guest activities and holiday programs.
• Supervise pool areas and ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Engage with guests and encourage participation in activities.
• Set up and pack down activity spaces and equipment.
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages.
• Support the wider resort team during busy holiday periods.

What You'll Do

As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families holidaying with us.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
• Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
• Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
• Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
• Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods

• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
