Job summary

NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park is seeking a friendly Guest Service Attendant to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle bookings with a smile on Dunghutti country. You will share local tips and help guests have memorable stays, while supporting a busy park operation.

Ideal candidates are approachable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required; willingness to work weekends and

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs and general guest enquiries
• Share local tips so guests can make the most of their stay
• Manage bookings, payments and basic admin tasks
• Help keep the park running smoothly as part of a supportive team

What You'll Bring

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are approachable, positive and love helping people
• Have great communication skills and enjoy problem-solvingAre organised, reliable and comfortable in a busy environment
• Are happy to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Have experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Most importantly, you care about giving guests an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.
