Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is hiring for Guest Experience and Pool Attendants at our NSW locations. Join a fun, guest-focused team delivering activities, supervising pools, and creating memorable holiday moments for families.

Flexible casual shifts, opportunities to develop hospitality skills, and access to NRMA rewards and referral bonuses within the NRMA group. Must be 16+, with First Aid/CPR and Working With Children checks preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering activities or events is a plus.
• Strong customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Willingness to obtain required checks (First Aid/CPR, WWCC) if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest activities and holiday programs.
• Supervise pool areas and ensure guest safety.
• Engage with guests to encourage participation in activities.
• Set up and pack down activity spaces and equipment.
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Create a welcoming and fun environment for guests of all ages.

From poolside safety and trivia to helping guests create unforgettable holiday memories, you'll be right in the middle of the action. No two days are the same and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

Flexible shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm

What You'll Do

As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families holidaying with us.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
• Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
• Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
• Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
• Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods

• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
• Pool Attendants: Must be 16+ and hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
