Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in New South Wales is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to be at the heart of our guest experience at Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park.

You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, answer inquiries, assist with bookings, provide park information and work with housekeeping and cafe teams to keep operations smooth. Flexible weekend and holiday hours offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail.
• Comfort with computers and booking systems; training provided.
• Clear, professional communication and a friendly approach with diverse guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle busy tasks.
• Reliable, organized with strong attention to detail.
• Availability for weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
• Willingness to help across park areas when needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As aGuest Service Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience.

Your day could include:

• Welcoming guests on arrival and providing friendly, efficient check-in and check-out
• Answering guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Assisting with bookings, payments and park information
• Providing local tips on attractions, activities and dining
• Helping guests with any issues, concerns or special requests
• Supporting daily reception and office tasks (filing, cash handling, data entry)
• Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and café teams to keep everything running smoothly

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on warm hospitality and genuine customer service.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail
• Are confident using computers and booking/reservation systems (training provided)
• Communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life
• Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks during busy times
• Are reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail
• Are available forweekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
• Are happy to lend a hand across different areas of the park when needed

Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a bonus, but not essential.
