Job summary

Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Attendant in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will support Front Office operations on a casual basis, ensuring guests are welcomed, checked in and out smoothly, and feel well cared for throughout their stay.

You will also assist with housekeeping tasks, provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and help maintain presentation standards across rooms and public areas.

• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records

Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office operations on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within housekeeping operations.

Work Environment

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Shift times scheduled within 6:00am to 10:00pm
• Long term opportunity.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $34.96 per hour

Saturday: $41.96 per hour

Sunday: $48.95 per hour
