Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is looking for a friendly, flexible Guest Experience Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, supporting Front Office activities and housekeeping tasks to ensure guests feel welcomed from check-in to check-out.

The role offers a hands-on, varied hotel environment with opportunities to deliver exceptional service and build guest relationships across shifts.

Qualifications

1+ years' experience in Front Office preferred.
Experience in hotel or customer-facing service.
Clear, professional communication across channels.
Positive, adaptable attitude with fast-paced multitasking.
Available for a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth.
Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas as required.
Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly.
Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
