Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, supporting Front Office and housekeeping to create outstanding guest moments from check-in to check-out.

This hands-on role offers a 7-day rotating roster with shifts from early morning to evening. You’ll welcome guests, handle requests, provide local recommendations, coordinate with teams, and ensure accurate guest records and payments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Front Office or guest-facing roles within a hotel, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
• Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and service to guests as needed.
• Provide local recommendations and respond promptly to guest requests and feedback.
• Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
