Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Sydney is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional to deliver a warm, personalized welcome and manage seamless check-ins for visitors and executives. You will be the knowledge hub for employees, assisting with Google Suite and Slack, and coordinating badge access.

You will collaborate with the REWS team to keep guest areas impeccably prepared and welcoming, with occasional evening and weekend support for events. A proactive, friendly approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist with Google Suite and Slack and manage badge access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to visitors and executives.
• Manage seamless check-in, sign-in, and visitor badges.
• Act as knowledge hub for employees on Google Suite and Slack.
• Coordinate badge access and collaborate with facilities teams.
• Support REWS team to keep guest areas clean, welcoming and well stocked.
• Occasional evening or weekend support for events.
