Job summary

The Langham Hotel Melbourne is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. You will work across check-in/out, enquiries, currency exchange, night audit and call switching, in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include providing information on facilities, hours, and costs, anticipating guest needs, and taking reservations outside standard Reservations hours.

Qualifications

• Experience using a PMS system is highly regarded.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with good problem-solving能力.
• Excellent telephone skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service across check-in/out, enquiries, currency exchange, night audit and switchboard tasks.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours and costs to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful, friendly manner.
• Take reservations outside Reservations hours when required.
