The Langham, Melbourne is a five star luxury hotel and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable Room Attendants.

The Langham Hotel Melbourne is currently looking for Room Attendants to join our team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Partaking in a four week training period where the set number of rooms will gradually increase
• Completing the set number of rooms independently, within the required timeframe, inclusive of the following duties (but not limited to):
• Cleaning the bathroom
• Changing of bed linen and towels
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Replenishment of items within the room
• Provide personalized guest service by answering all guest queries

For this role, your skills and experience will be inclusive of the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a rotating roster with various shifts

This role requires colleagues to work in an active work environment, where manual handling tasks will be required.
