Job summary
UpGuard is hiring a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. This role manages Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants globally, driving the technical win in pre-sales and serving as the escalation path post-sales.

Qualifications
- Built and led world-class Solutions/Sales Engineering teams.
- Experience selling a technical product to technical buyers.
- Proven experience managing distributed/global teams across time zones.
- Ownership of technical experience across the customer journey.
- Hands-on leader capable of leading high-stakes customer calls.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global, multi-layered team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants across regions.
- Own the technical win in pre-sales and drive pipeline through demos and PoCs.
- Own the post-sales technical escalation path and cross-sell initiatives.
- Stay hands-on and lead high-stakes customer calls when needed.
- Elevate RFPs and security assessments to improve win rates.
- Enable and scale channel/partner ecosystems.
