Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind revenue. You will manage Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants worldwide, driving pre-sales demos and PoCs, and owning post-sales escalation.

You will partner with the CRO and Enablement to shape the technical strategy, scale a global team, and stay hands-on in critical customer interactions when it counts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading global solutions engineering teams.
• Experience selling technical products to engineers and security teams.
• Manager of managers with cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on in high-stakes customer calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants across regions.
• Drive the technical win in pre-sales with world-class demos and PoCs.
• Own the post-sales technical escalation path and cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to raise win rates.
