Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Sales Representative & Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract in Sydney. You’ll identify potential Service Hosts, build relationships in the local community and convert opportunities into host partnerships while working across sales, onboarding and operations.

You’ll generate and qualify leads, meet prospective hosts, onboard new partners with internal teams, and gather market insights to shape growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, business development or community engagement.
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, cold calling and working in the field.
• Self-motivated, organised and driven to achieve results.
• Passionate about supporting small businesses and creating economic opportunities.
• Sydney-based with strong knowledge of the local market.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through research, networking and community outreach.
• Meet prospective Service Hosts, deliver engaging sales conversations and grow the Services network.
• Support the onboarding of new hosts, partnering with internal teams to set them up for success.
