Qualifications

Experience in outbound phone sales, business development or similar.
Strong discovery, questioning and objection handling skills.
Ability to influence customers and move conversations toward a clear next step.
Fast-changing environment adaptability and receptiveness to feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication across phone, email and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage outbound leads and validate hiring needs, urgency and fit.
Qualify prospects and communicate Sidekicker value in context of customer needs.
Assist account registration, setup and first job or shift posting.
Close sales with clear next steps and ensure customer activation.
Collaborate across lead cohorts and tailor outreach to pain points.
Maintain CRM discipline with accurate logging of outcomes and feedback.
Share insights to improve targeting, talks, and processes over time.
Work with squad leader, ops and analytics to support scalable sales motions.
