Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Sales Representative & Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract in Sydney. You’ll identify potential Service Hosts, build relationships in the local community and convert opportunities into host partnerships while working across sales, onboarding and operations.

You’ll generate and qualify leads, meet prospective hosts, onboard new partners with internal teams, and gather market insights to shape growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, business development or community engagement.
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, cold calling and working in the field.
• Self-motivated, organised and driven to achieve results.
• Passionate about supporting small businesses and creating economic opportunities.
• Sydney-based with strong knowledge of the local market.

Sales Representative & Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Our client is a reputable well established and fast growing travel tech who is transforming the guest experience by connecting travellers with premium in-home services from private chefs and photographers to massage therapists, personal trainers and more. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an energetic Sales Operations Specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract and help expand Services across Australia.

About the role

As the face of Services in market, you’ll identify and engage potential Service Hosts, build relationships within local communities and convert new opportunities into successful host partnerships. This is a hands-on role combining business development, community engagement and sales, where no two days are the same.
