Job summary

Salt is seeking a Territory Planning & Operations Analyst in Sydney on a 12-month hybrid contract. You’ll support territory planning, coverage, headcount data, and reporting accuracy across the business, collaborating with BDMs and cross-functional teams to keep data aligned with priorities.

Key tasks include managing territory assignments, workforce planning, data governance, and delivering insights to influence resource allocation and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Ops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce and planning/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of territory planning and workforce planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Contract: 12 months, with potential extension or permanency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain territory ownership, account coverage, headcount, and role data for planning and reporting.
• Manage account-to-representative assignments and resolve territory discrepancies.
• Support territory, staffing, and workforce planning activities, including annual and in-year planning.
• Investigate data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution with key stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and support dashboards, performance tracking, and reviews.
• Deliver insights and ad hoc analysis to support headcount, productivity, and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Analytics to improve processes and data governance.
