Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking a Sector Manager - Multiline, based in Sydney or Melbourne, to lead a team of area sales managers and reps across multi-line sectors. You will drive revenue, manage pipelines, coach the team, and build strong customer relationships while aligning with EBITDA targets.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery, with hybrid work and a competitive package including vehicle and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in multi-line sector sales with targets.
• Experience in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Coaching and developing high performers in sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales teams to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Develop territory/sector sales strategies aligned with objectives.
• Provide performance coaching through field visits and ride-alongs.
• Maintain robust pipeline for forecast accuracy and opportunities.
• Monitor activity, conversion, and pricing governance.
• Lead strategic accounts and develop team capabilities.
• Ensure CRM excellence and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers in the sector.
