Fitness First Australia is seeking Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to be the heartbeat of the club, meeting members, sparking motivation and driving membership growth through outreach and compelling presentations.

You’ll turn interest into action, build relationships, deliver exceptional service, participate in retention programs, and contribute to a high-energy team with clear pathways into leadership within Fitness & Lifestyle Group.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificate required.
• Problem-solving mindset to meet potential members' needs.
• Strong communication skills to inspire action.
• Goal-oriented with continuous self-improvement.
• Team player who can rally through tough times.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via personalized interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club per the roster.
• Involve in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
