• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social and other digital channels.
• Monitor budgets and results; look to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion.
• Coordinate external digital agency partners and manage briefs, timelines and reviews.
• Drive website enhancements, including landing pages, service information, enquiry forms and purchase journeys.
• Develop campaign copy and create briefs; coordinate assets with colleagues and suppliers.
• Improve email and CRM journeys to support education, follow-up and re-engagement.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and tech teams to connect marketing with commercial outcomes.
• Maintain clear reporting and recommend next tests.
