Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a results-driven marketing professional in Sydney to lead digital campaigns for our electrical & security services client base. You will own lead generation funnels from ad creation to conversion, optimising campaigns on Meta and Google to scale performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation (not just brand awareness).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and conversion tracking.
Ability to think commercially and understand what drives conversions.
Experience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pages.

Responsibilities

Managing and optimising paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
Creating and testing high-converting offers.
Building or coordinating landing pages that convert.
Tracking and analysing campaign performance.
Continuously testing creatives, audiences, offers and funnels.
Scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones.
Driving both lead volume and lead quality.
Creating social media content and managing platforms.
Supporting graphic design and video editing.
