Job summary

Vocus in Sydney is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand and growth across SMB and Mid-Market segments.

You will work with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into integrated campaigns and compelling propositions. This role has no direct reports but partners across functions to deliver results.

The position involves hands-on planning, content development, digital marketing, events, and KPI-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across channels.
• Strong digital marketing capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned to revenue and growth priorities.
• Coordinate targeted SMB and Mid-Market programs.
• Create customer-led content and communications for retention and cross-sell.
• Coordinate campaign assets and offers.
• Manage communications across email, website, social media and other channels.
• Identify events and webinars sponsorships.
• Monitor market trends and adjust growth strategy.
• Set objectives and KPIs for SMB marketing activity.
