Reosteel Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s fastest-growing steel companies, is seeking a growth-focused marketer to shape its brand and digital strategy from our Barangaroo office. You’ll design tests, run integrated campaigns across digital, content, SEO and paid media, and track qualified enquiries, pipeline and revenue in plain business terms.

Working with sales, creative specialists and external partners, you’ll turn insight into prioritised strategies and build compelling business cases.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience across marketing, brand, in-house, technology, consulting or analytics, including B2B work with complex customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing, with examples of how they improved the quality, speed or results of your work.
• Confidence working directly in digital media, CRM and analytics platforms, including SEO, content and paid media.

Aufgaben

• Get to know our construction customers, markets and competitors, and turn that insight into clear, prioritised marketing strategies
• Design tests, learn fast and scale what works across digital, content, SEO and paid media
• Own integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, working with sales, creative specialists and external partners
• Track what matters: qualified enquiries, pipeline, customer engagement and revenue, reported in plain business terms
• Build business cases, sales enablement materials and executive LinkedIn content (with our communications lead)
• Use AI across research, planning, content and analysis, with clear checks on accuracy, and champion better attribution, CRM and marketing technology
