Job summary

Dovetail is hiring a Growth Marketer to lead our paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine from Sydney HQ. You’ll own channel strategy, budgets, audiences, and creative testing, while partnering with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Web, and Data to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You’ll drive end-to-end email programs, lifecycle journeys, and measurement, turning insights into repeatable, scalable growth systems. This is an in-person, senior IC role in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Growth/Performance marketing experience, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end acquisition funnels.
• Ability to own budgets and demonstrate impact on pipeline and CAC.
• Hands-on with AI tools to design scalable workflows.
• Comfort owning paid and lifecycle stack end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy, budget, targets, forecasting, and testing roadmap across channels.
• Run campaigns hands-on: structure, bids, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, including journeys, triggers, and deliverability.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to build a fast learning loop.
• Improve the post-click journey with landing pages and experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice and data-driven iteration.
• Connect spend to pipeline with tracking, dashboards, and CAC readouts.
• Design and operate AI-powered growth workflows and tooling.
