Job summary

Assignar, a mission-led construction tech company, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own growth end-to-end—from pages to automation and analytics. This remote role in Australia is preferred for candidates in Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast, reporting to the VP of Marketing.

You will run experiments, rebuild the funnel, own channels and improve the handover to sales, while working closely with contractors and the sales team to craft better conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or demand generation for a B2B software business.
• Proven track record of creating a function, funnel, or channel from scratch.
• Demonstrated habit of running tests and iterating based on results.
• Strong working relationship with a sales team.
• Hands-on ability to build pages, write emails and set up automations.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments rather than campaigns; propose multiple tests and select winners.
• Rebuild the funnel across website, landing pages, forms and conversion paths.
• Own the channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email & lifecycle.
• Improve the handover to sales with lead scoring and routing.
• Own the stack: CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
• Engage with customers by talking to contractors and observing product use.
