You’ll own prompts, reference images, and reusable workflows, while directing shoots and collaborating with growth marketing. A hands-on, detail-focused creator ready to ship across brand portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience turning ideas into polished visuals across images and video.
• Ability to design for both B2B and consumer audiences.
• Proficiency with AI image/video tools and traditional design software.
• Strong understanding of brand applications and templates.
• Comfort directing shoots and collaborating with marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Use AI image/video tools to develop campaign concepts, storyboards, visual directions and finished creative.
• Produce video for campaigns, websites and social media, combining AI-generated content with existing footage, editing, motion graphics and audio.
• Develop and test prompts, reference images and variations for consistent, on-brand results, and turn what works into reusable workflows and prompt libraries.
• Design social graphics, presentations, website visuals and digital campaign assets.
• Produce sales collateral, capability statements, signage and event materials, including print-ready files.
• Own brand guidelines and templates, keeping each business’s identity distinct and consistent.
• Direct photo and video shoots, from concept and shot list through to production brief.
• Work with growth marketing to test creative variations and improve performance.
• Manage work from brief to approval and delivery, checking accuracy, asset rights and production quality.
