Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing or equivalent.
• Proven success generating qualified pipeline and opportunities.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Lead and mentor Content & Lead Generation Specialist.
• Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, SEO, events and webinars.
• Manage HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing performance.
• Develop content strategies that position Solutions IT as a market leader.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to drive pipeline growth.
• Deliver reporting and insights to guide business decisions.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, sponsorships and events.
