• Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to revenue growth.
• Identify target audiences and segments using market insights.
• Build lead nurturing programs and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise with data-driven testing.
• Develop dashboards and executive insights showing marketing ROI.
