Job summary

Future You in Australia is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence, drive market leadership and accelerate customer acquisition. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the end-to-end marketing function and lead a team of four with autonomy and support from a highly engaged leadership group.

You will manage brand strategy, digital marketing, campaigns, content and events, using HubSpot and analytics to optimise ROI and growth across national channels.

Qualifications

• Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
• Strong digital marketing capability across paid media, SEO, social, email and automation.
• Expertise in lead generation and customer journeys.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Lead and mentor a 4-person marketing team.
• Drive market positioning and strengthen brand leadership.
• Oversee digital marketing including SEO, paid media, social, CRM, email marketing and automation.
• Build lead generation strategies and customer acquisition funnels.
• Manage national campaigns, product launches, educational initiatives, conferences and events.
• Leverage HubSpot and data-driven marketing to improve conversion and engagement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into marketing strategies.
• Monitor performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness to optimize investment.
• Build thought leadership and industry visibility.
