Techium Consulting Group is seeking a commercial, data-led Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale the demand-generation engine for a revolutionary AI project management platform.

The role targets multi-channel acquisition across enterprise verticals, designing campaigns, landing pages, and ABM programs to drive high-intent inbound demand and a predictable pipeline. On offer: AUD 120000–150000 + Super + Bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of proven growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep technical capability across digital ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), and web analytics.
• Sharp copywriting skills with the ability to turn complex AI architecture into punchy, practical value propositions that resonate with pragmatists.
• Strong analytical mindset, you live in dashboards, attribution models and conversion data to make your decisions.
• An entrepreneurial, testing-oriented mindset with high accountability for direct pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across Paid Search, LinkedIn, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and targeted industry media.
• Build, test, and optimise high-converting landing pages, lead capture funnels, and automated nurture tracks targeted at enterprise decision-makers.
• Partner closely with Sales and Product to align on ICP targeting, refine positioning, and generate predictable, sales-accepted pipeline.
• Continually run data-backed experiments across messaging, ad creatives, and conversion flows to lower CAC and accelerate lead velocity.
• Track, analyse, and present full-funnel reporting (MQL/SQL conversions, pipeline contribution, ROI) directly to leadership.
