Job summary

Mitti is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Technology Lead to build and run the systems that turn GTM strategy into pipeline and revenue, across PLG and enterprise motions. This hybrid leadership role blends marketing, tech, and people leadership, with three direct reports and a focus on scaling marketing technology and data infrastructure for faster, smarter outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team that combines growth marketing and technical build.
Proven track record building repeatable growth systems with measurable impact.
Strong commercial acumen focusing on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Comfort operating in a MarTech stack at senior level (no platform build required).
Mentor and grow a team of direct reports into autonomous operators.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Marketing technology roadmap and data infrastructure.
Identify funnel gaps and design systems to improve self-serve and enterprise motions.
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of three with a culture of ownership and experimentation.
Own data workflows, including a Marketing-owned data lakehouse, for faster insights.
Represent Marketing Technology at senior leadership levels and drive commercial impact.
Deliver rigorous project execution with cross-functional alignment.
