As Growth and Demand Generation Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end lead journey, build AI agents, oversee multi-channel campaigns and align sales with marketing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B growth, demand generation or RevOps within SaaS or scale-up.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation and no-code/low-code tools.
• Deep HubSpot knowledge: segmentation, workflows, lifecycle management and data quality.
• Experience executing multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, social and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead journey from target accounts to qualified opportunities.
• Build AI agents for account research, data enrichment, segmentation and outreach.
• Plan and execute coordinated programs across email, LinkedIn, social and events.
• Develop ICP framework using firmographic, role, behavioural and intent signals.
• Maintain lifecycle stages, routing, data quality and pipeline reporting.
• Connect growth tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, APIs).
