Qualifications

• Craft direct marketing campaigns across email, web, social and content.
• Analytical and data-driven with tracking of pipeline and performance.

• Results and pipeline-focused with accountability for targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and manage CRM workflows.
• Optimize marketing systems from awareness through acquisition and improve customer lifetime value.
• Graphic design and development of marketing materials.
• Create and manage content calendar and social media presence.
• Write and edit marketing copy for multiple channels.
• Track KPIs and campaign performance weekly.
• Oversee video production and editing; manage vendors if needed.
• Create and manage project timelines to ensure campaigns finish on time.
• Manage and improve the company website and its performance.
• Coordinate events such as trade shows and product launches.
• Coordinate with other departments, sponsors, and partners to align marketing efforts.
