Job summary

Sitemate is seeking a VP of Marketing in Sydney to scale global demand generation across multiple streams, including performance and content marketing. You’ll lead through function leads, shape quarterly plans, and collaborate with the CEO and Growth leadership to drive pipeline and brand growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in SaaS and growth, and a strong emphasis on AI adoption and data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Must have marketing leadership experience in a growth-stage SaaS company.
• Experience with demand generation and owning a pipeline/MQL.
• Strong content marketing and SEO background.
• Hands-on attribution and conversion tracking expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand generation engine across multiple channels.
• Lead the marketing org through function leads and cross-team collaboration.
• Define and drive quarterly marketing planning and metrics.
• Align marketing with product-led growth boundaries and strategy.
• Champion AI adoption in marketing and ensure data privacy compliance.
