Job summary

OKX in Sydney, Australia seeks a Senior Growth Manager to own local growth strategy and end-to-end program delivery across product go-to-market, customer growth, and priority segments such as advanced traders and VIPs.

You will translate business priorities into growth initiatives, collaborating with Product, Data, Marketing, Relationships and regional/global stakeholders to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own local growth initiatives end to end, from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation, and performance reporting.
• Lead go-to-market programs for priority products, defining target segments, customer journeys, messaging, incentives, channel plans, and success metrics.
• Develop full-funnel growth strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, high-value customers, driving funding, trading activity, product adoption, retention, revenue, and lifecycle value.
• Design loyalty, reward, engagement, and reactivation programs that support sustainable customer and commercial growth.
• Act as the key local stakeholder for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams, translating local priorities into campaign briefs and collaborating on audiences, journeys, and creative.

Responsibilities

• Own local growth initiatives end to end, from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Lead GTM programs for priority products with defined segments and journeys.
• Develop full-funnel growth strategies targeting high-value customer segments.
