OKX is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own local growth strategy and end-to-end program delivery across product go-to-market, customer growth, and priority segments including advanced traders and VIPs.

This hands-on senior individual contributor will translate business and product priorities into coordinated growth initiatives and measurable commercial outcomes, acting as the key local stakeholder for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams while working with Product, Data,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle growth, retention and monetisation.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with specialized teams on paid media and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience planning events, VIP engagements, or industry activations.

Responsibilities

• Own local growth initiatives end to end, from strategy to reporting.
• Lead go-to-market programs for priority products with defined segments and messaging.
• Develop full-funnel growth strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, and high-value customers.
• Design loyalty, rewards, engagement and reactivation programs.
• Act as the local liaison for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams.
• Plan and execute customer events, VIP experiences and partner activations.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Relationship Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance.
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and report insights to stakeholders.
