Job summary

OKX Australia is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the next growth phase in the market. You will own the commercial strategy, identify high-impact opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans that increase market share, active customers, trading volume and revenue.

You will build scalable growth channels, forge strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional GTM initiatives with Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations and Compliance to scale the Australian business.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience across commercial strategy, business development, growth, partnerships or related roles.
Strong track record of building or scaling a business or commercial function.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes across market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition.
Strong understanding of the Australian market and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own the Australian Commercial Strategy with accountability for market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition.
Build the Growth Engine to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
Develop and structure strategic partnerships and distribution to accelerate growth.
Develop GTM strategies and translate them into executable plans for major products and initiatives in Australia.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations and Support.
