Job summary

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Senior Growth Manager in Sydney. You will own local product and lifecycle marketing strategies, drive go-to-market programs, and optimize customer journeys for advanced traders and VIPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related field.
• Experience leading GTM, lifecycle initiatives, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to build automated user journeys and brief with specialist teams.
• Experience planning VIP engagements, partner activations, or lifecycle-driven experiences.
• Strong analytical skills linking lifecycle activities to retention and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own local product and lifecycle marketing initiatives end to end, from strategy to execution.
• Lead product marketing and GTM programs for priority products, defining positioning and adoption metrics.
• Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, and high-value customers.
• Design customer lifecycle, loyalty, rewards, engagement, and reactivation programs.
• Act as local stakeholder for global Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle teams.
• Plan and execute high-value customer events, VIP experiences, partner activations, and lifecycle engagements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Relationship Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to deliver compliant lifecycle programs.
• Monitor funnel conversion and lifecycle performance; communicate insights to stakeholders.
