Job summary

OKX is seeking a Commercial Director to drive growth and market leadership in Australia. You will own the commercial strategy, build scalable growth engines and partnerships, and lead go-to-market initiatives across major products and market initiatives.

You will work with Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure regulatory-aligned plans while collaborating with local and global teams to translate insights into execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across commercial strategy, business development, growth, partnerships or related roles with leadership responsibility.
• Strong track record of building or scaling a business, market or commercial function.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes (market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue, brand recognition).
• Strong understanding of the Australian market and local growth opportunities.
• Ability to develop GTM strategies and execute across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian Commercial Strategy and roadmap with accountability for market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition.
• Build scalable growth engines and partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition and trading activity.
• Lead the GTM strategy for major products and initiatives in Australia with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new distribution channels to extend OKX's reach.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure regulatory-aligned commercial plans.
