Job summary

OKX Australia seeks a Commercial Director to lead the next phase of growth. You will own the Australian commercial strategy, drive market share, active customers, trading volume and revenue while aligning with global capabilities.

You will build scalable growth channels, craft partnerships, and work with Compliance, Legal, Product and Marketing to execute a local GTM that accelerates customer acquisition and activity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across commercial strategy, business development or related roles.
• Proven capacity to scale a business, market or commercial function.
• Strong GTM experience and partnering skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian Commercial Strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs.
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities across segments, products and channels.
• Build growth engines for acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Develop and structure strategic partnerships and distribution.
• Navigate compliance, legal and risk with cross-functional teams.
• Translate GTM strategies into executable plans with Product and Marketing.
