Blackwoods is seeking a commercially minded leader to join as a Customer Solutions Commercial Manager in Sydney. You will lead strategic customer solutions that support business growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes across Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Care.

This is a Full-time Permanent opportunity to influence key decisions and help shape the future of our customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a commercial, customer solutions, strategic, consulting, or project leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer solution initiatives from planning through to implementation.
• Analyze large data volumes to extract insights and actions.
• Engage with procurement, purchasing and inventory planning to drive action.
• Manage master data for onboarding and ongoing data alignment.
• Oversee product execution lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Assess commercial outcomes and recommend actions to improve value.
• Manage risks, priorities and project governance for successful delivery.
• Build relationships across the business and with key customers.
