Blackwoods is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our sales team in Canberra. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, build strong relationships and drive tailored product solutions while meeting sales targets.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with customer care and trade store teams, traveling to connect with customers face-to-face and grow the business in the region.

• Proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecasts.
• Strong planning and communication to implement strategic sales plans.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the Canberra region.
• Develop strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer care and store teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a territory call plan and advance pipeline opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product solutions and exceed sales targets.
