Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to be the friendly, solutions-focused voice our customers rely on. You will support customers across Australia through our call centre, helping them find the right solutions from our extensive product range while contributing to sales and delivering on our Customer Promise.

You’ll manage enquiries, build relationships with customers and internal teams, use consultative questioning to provide the best product and service solutions, and seek

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments.
• Industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships.
• Proficiency with Windows and telephony systems.
• Customer-focused attitude and commitment to high service standards.

• Manage sales, service and backorder enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution.
